The Agency for Support of Cultural Initiatives "Tranzit" has a unique for the Kaliningrad region experience in implementing capacity building programs for cultural managers (strategic planning, project management, fundraising, PR & marketing etc). "Tranzit" serves as a platform for local trainers in the field of cultural management – top managers of the Kaliningrad region’s leading cultural institutions, who have been trained as trainers in the framework of a number of capacity building programs implemented by "Tranzit" and the European Cultural Foundation (The Netherlands).

The Agency is ready to provide the following services:

• consulting managers and employees of cultural institutions on various aspects of strategic planning, project management, fundraising, international cultural cooperation;
• elaborating and carrying out trainings on various aspects of cultural management;
• organizing and carrying out regional, interregional and international seminars/discussions/forums on cultural management and cultural policy issues;
• development & assessment of strategies, development programs, projects and other documents of cultural institutions, local authorities etc.;
• regular e-newsletters (in Russian) on financial, educational and other opportunities for the development of cultural institutions, initiatives, professionals etc.

Depending on the type of service they can be free of charge or paid.
